Biographie

My work focuses on the production and structuring of cinema in Africa, particularly on financing dynamics, distribution, and support for young talents. In Benin, France, and Colombia, I conduct research on creative support programs, the challenges of cultural heritage restitution through cinema, and the interactions between public policies and the audiovisual industries. I am a filmmaker and a PhD candidate in film studies at the École Nationale Supérieure d’Audiovisuel (ENSAV) in Toulouse. I am also a researcher within the TransMigrArts program, where I am producing a creative documentary on the issues of restitution in Latin America. I also run Joindo Films, a production company dedicated to promoting African cinema. My latest project explores memory and identity through the lens of documentary filmmaking.
