Emma Fourgeaud

Biographie

Emma Fourgeaud is in charge of scientific documentation, archives, and libraries for the museums of the city of Périgueux. After studying general art history and anthropology of cultural heritage at the Ecole du Louvre, she specialized in documentation and digital humanities and studied the documentation processes involved in collaborations between museums and the indigenous communities of the collections. In this capacity, she currently serves as point of contact for non-Western collections at the Musée d’art et d’archéologie du Périgord.
