Biographie

Emil Rau was an intern with the Provenance Research Fund from April to June 2024.

He is a Master’s student in Human Geography at the EHESS in Paris. His main research interests include the cultural heritage of German cities, cultures of remembrance, and the history of German colonialism.

At the Centre Marc Bloch, he supported the Provenance Research Fund by creating a database containing the contact details of international experts and by reaching out to some of them directly. He also contributed to the preparation of an academic conference.
